Sperling Industries has been a key player in the construction and maintenance of various Canola and other food oil processing plants across Canada. Our capabilities in structural steel fabrication and erection, along with our mechanical abilities, allow us to streamline major installations. We have the ability to fully integrate pipe and equipment supports in our steel design and plan and sequence installations internally to efficiently install major pieces of equipment.

Our experience in installing major extraction equipment supplied by both Crown and Desmet Ballestra exemplifies our abilities in executing oil extraction and processing projects. With time and experience, we have developed our QMS system and internal traceability procedures enabling us to construct both steam and process piping systems safely to your unique specifications.

One of Sperling's specialties is quick fabrication of integral components that are sometimes needed in a rush. With an extensive inventory of raw steel, gaskets, flanges, hardware and specialty components, our fabrication shops routinely accommodate urgent pieces to keep your projects on time, and ensure field downtime is minimized during installation.
